Coastal Sanctuary

I managed to defy the weather gods over the previous weekend and find dry terrain in the shape of the now very much in vogue St. Bees Head - South. This coastal sanctuary is often a haven for dry weather when the inland fells are cloud-clad and wet. Despite a slightly foggy start to the day the sun eventually won out, bursting through at around midday. This allowed pretty much all the areas to dry out, and give me yet another great day on the coast, with an awe inspiring sunset to cap off the session.
